Certified Pre Owned Dogs, Inc., is a 501(c)3 zero-kill non-profit small dog rescue. Our focus is rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing of small dogs. Our mission is to help as many dogs as we can to find new, forever homes.
We spay and neuter to ensure we do our part in stopping the over-population of dogs, and we vaccinate to help dogs live long and healthy lives. Our organization gives these dogs a second chance to become someone’s new best friend. Certified Pre Owned Dogs, Inc., survives off of adoption fees and tax-deductible donations, which go to fund further rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing of small dogs.
We will make strides in our mission every single day, continue to expand – and never stop – until there are no more homeless dogs. Since our incorporation in February of 2009, we have rescued over 1000 dogs.

These dogs need your help.
CPOD is a ZERO-KILLorganization – that means we DO NOT EUTHANIZE dogs and are commited to correcting whatever problems arise.
Kill-shelters simply euthanize the dogs that will cost them money. That’s a big factor in how they keep their expenses down.
We rely on private donations to fund further rescue. Please donate to our rescue fund, and 100% of your donation will be used to rescue a dog.

- Frontline Plus (or generic equivalent PET ARMOR available at Walmart) – largest dog size for $25)
- Newspapers
