after adoption, Certified Pre Owned Dogs, Inc (CPOD), reserves the right to reclaim the animal. I give CPOD permission to
contact vets and other related officials. I agree to a home visit, if required. I also
understand adoption decisions are based on many factors, not the least of which is matching the right animal to the
right family/person. Decisions made by CPOD are final, and I am free to continue to apply in the future if my application
is denied. I also understand applying for the dog does not place the dog on hold for me. It is
no guarantee I will be considered first for any dog.
